Time, as part of their North American “Infinity Tour”, will be playing Test Pattern. TIME create an immersive and otherworldly dance floor experience that disarms, uplifts, and illuminates. The vibration of ancient mantra and spirit-syllable creates a grand umbrella under which all else can take shelter. When passed through this lens of divine love, rhythm marks the relentless ticking of eternity. This force reveals and dissolves, until song soars above all.
Interview with YES! Weekly
Florida duo fuse spirituality, performance art and dance music in Winston-Salem
“North Florida’s Time, the duo of creative and life partners Michael and Madhava Collins, are giving devotional music a very radical overhaul. The fervent disciples of Krishna consciousness are taking the frothy, bubbly and extremely, shall we say, secular sonic framework of synth pop and marrying it to ancient prayers and self-penned exhortations to cast away material attachments […] The twosome are an explosion of light, color, movement, visuals, choreographed dances and delightfully exaggerated gestures. Every verse, every chorus becomes bigger than life, arena-level big, rave-level big. (Matthew Moyer, Orlando Weekly)
TIME has teamed up with Gainesville’s Mirror Vision mastermind, artist Jay Rosen. The collaboration combines TIME’s catchy, transportive sounds, chants and dramatic dance with Rosen’s optically immersive experience with reflection, opacity, and infinity.
TIME visits from Florida, with Sacrosant DJ Rat Bastard DJing Before and After the show!
